General Guidelines:
- Camping activity is prohibited without obtaining a permit.
- The Center processes permit requests within thirty (30) working days from the date of application registration.
- permits are issued with the required conditions.
- permit holders must adhere to the regulations.
- permits are issued upon payment of the financial fee (if applicable).
- Camping locations are designated by the Center based on spatial plans that specify the parcels and their areas.
General Requirements:
- National ID.
- National address.
- Completion of the permit application form.
- Provision of safety and security tools according to Civil Defense requirements.
- permit holders must conduct camping activities within the designated site.
- Camping rental is prohibited.
- The Center reserves the right to revoke permits if the provided data is incorrect or violates reality.
- The Center has the right to cancel permit for non-compliance with environmental regulations or executive regulations.
- The Center may request any additional documents or information.
Specific Requirements:
- Technical or administrative instructions related to the practice of camping and compliance therewith.
- Camping duration should not exceed three months.
- A single beneficiary is not allowed to obtain more than one camp at all designated camping sites.
- The maximum area for a single campsite is 2,000 square meters.
- Parking vehicles in streets and passages is prohibited, they should be parked within the campsite area with appropriate traffic signs indicating so.
- Keep a distance of no less than 100 meters from highways, high-voltage power lines, and public service facilities (telecommunications, electricity, oil, fuel stations, water).
- Signing necessary undertakings.
