A copy of the authorization / a notarized letter from the Chamber of Commerce if the applicant is authorized
A legitimate power of attorney issued by a notary if the applicant is a client
Attach the investment certificate if it is a foreign investment

If the beneficiary is a company:

A valid commercial registration
Tax number from the Zakat and Income Authority
A commercial activity license from the municipality
Chamber of Commerce subscription certificate

If the beneficiary is a government entity:

An official letter from the authorized person
